Our Story
So, here’s the deal: we started Ascend because, quite frankly, we got tired of dealing with companies that cut corners, misled customers, and valued profits over people. You know the type—slick ads, fake promises, and a “customer service” team that makes you feel like you’ve been put on hold for eternity. After working at a few places where the motto seemed to be "Lie, cheat, and profit," we had a revelation: we could do this whole business thing way better, and with alot more honesty and integrity.
Thus, Ascend was born. My philosophy was simple: if we’re going to charge people for a service, we might as well give them what they’re paying for. Mind-blowing, we know. No smoke and mirrors, no surprise fees, no “terms and conditions” that look like they were written by a lawyer on a caffeine binge. Just straight talk and work we’re proud of.
Don’t get us wrong, running a business with integrity is definitely the harder path. But, after all, it’s a lot more fun to sleep at night knowing you didn’t just pull a fast one. And if you’re looking for a company that actually means what it says and doesn’t try to pull a Houdini on you, then congrats—you’ve found the right place.
